The Friends of the Three Lakes Fire Department would like to extend a large Thank You to all the golfers and supporters who continue to make our fundraising events a huge success.

 

On March 27, 2004 The Friends of the Three Lakes Fire Department Inc. hosted a glow bowling tournament. The evening was a great success, thanks to our tremendous supporters. Below are some pictures from the evening.

3rd Annual Golf Tournament and Hole-In-One

at St. Brieux Golf Course

 

The golf tournament and hole in one contest remains our flagship fundraising event. The tremendous support from all the golfers and supporters is the key to our great success. Please visit our support our supporters page for a list of supporters of the golf tournament.

Some of the Three Lakes Fire Fighters, along with Rita Bautz, an enthusiastic supporter, courageously donated their scalps on June 26th. Members of the force will collected until the day of the Golf Tournament, at which time the heads of the participants were completely shaved. All donations are fully tax deductible. The event raised over $2500 for the Three Lakes Fire Department. The money will be used to purchase much needed equipment, most likely communication equipment. Thank you to everyone who donated; and THANK YOU to Rita Bautz who raised over $1100 herself.

The Friends of the Three Lakes Fire Department are held a raffle for a Legacy Holland Grill, to coincide with the Grand Opening of the New Fire Hall on April 24, 2004. Congratulations to Max Herman who won the grill. Thank you to Farm World of Humboldt for providing the Legacy Holland Grill.
